Nocturne #39 – Learning as Transformation

For me, learning is a relentless 'level up' game, a constant transformation where knowledge connects in unseen ways. It's not just skills; it's rewiring the mind. Is this thrilling, irreversible growth the coolest feeling humans can experience?

For some, learning is associated with school, university, or diplomas. For me, it’s a game, a challenge, a non-stop “level up” process. Today I’m learning something new. Tomorrow I’ll realize that this “new” thing is already old. The day after, I’ll see the same thing completely differently.

And that feels awesome! Because I don’t want to be a person left behind by time. I want to be the one who outpaces time. When I learn even a new technical skill, it’s not just about learning the technique. It’s about deeply understanding the process; subconsciously, I’m creating an updated version of myself. It’s not the technology that changes, but the thinking itself. Every new skill not only enriches me professionally, but my emotional intelligence is also nourished, my mind enters a new dimension. I become more observant, more valuable – as a person, as a citizen. Then I realize that what I create has a much larger impact than it might seem at first glance. I grow; I develop. And this process is irreversible.

Yeah, maybe the regions of my brain are a bit overheated, but passive memory is a cunning thing – it doesn’t keep absolutely everything, it filters well, storing only important information. Sometimes, some old knowledge pops up as if I always knew it, and I realize – everything I learn lives somewhere inside me, connects complexly, and forms something new.

This is constant transformation. And I think this is the coolest feeling a person can have.
