Aubades

This is the counterweight to my Nocturne. If that was a collection of dark, late-night thoughts, here I’m trying to leave a trace of light. Chronologically, it just aligned perfectly: the Aubade became the antivirus for my vulnerabilities. I think I’ve finally grown. That darkness forced me to mature, and this second chapter—centered around daybreak—feels like the actual dawn of my own life.
